"You are rather clueless, aren't you Hunter?" He said with smirk. "Why on Earth would I sleep in the home of my enemy? Such stupidity defies even my convoluted logic." He narrowed his eyes on her. "However, since it is more dangerous for you to sleep in my home, I'll take you up on the offer. But make no mistake, I'm a very light sleeper." With that he promptly sat on a chair and drank his tea, making himself, at least as far as he was concerned, quite at home.

"Yes, well, we are similar in that fact." She traced her finger along a photo frame containing a picture of her parents. Melora took after her mother completely, with the exception of having her father's green eyes. The man in the picture smiled blankly at nothing in particular in the room. He was a tall, thin man, well dressed and you could tell by looking at him that his daughter had picked up his mannerisms. Melora didn't know that her father wasn't exactly dead and gone, and probably wouldn't know for a good while yet. The murder was all set up, the only real victim being her mother, who had actually passed. The only people to know kept this information buried so deeply that Melora might never find out. She finished tracing the picture and stopped, letting her hand fall to her side. A sigh escaped her lips before she turned to sit, grabbing her own cup of tea and sipping it. Her expression grew distant and an uneasy feeling grew in her stomach thinking about her family.

Azura could smell the change in the room and glanced in her direction. She was uneasy, again, and it wasn't because of him, though she should have been. "So, I forgot your name." he admitted with a small smile. "Would you mind telling me why you're following me again?" To be honest he'd only half heard what she'd said when they'd first met, too consumed with killing those men to really process what was being said to him. He'd just played the part of propriety and offered her a small margin of protection while she was with him.

"Melora Anya Belikov of the Banglaire clan of hunters." She answered in a practiced tone, "You may have heard of me, the Hunter Princess. I am here on a mission to befriend you on behalf of my clan and offer you the opportunity to work in relation to us. I am to stay with you and assist you as long as you see fit" She sighed and sipped her tea again. "That is my mission, Prince Azura Gallu. Pleased to be at your service." The last part about being pleased was a lie, but of course formalities were of importance.

He set his cup down and turned in his seat in her direction, resting his chin on the heel of his hand. "How would we be of service to each other, the Banglaire and my clan? What could you possibly have to offer us?" His eyes narrowed on her, sensing some sort of ulterior motive behind this all.

"Well, um..." The question surprised her. How could she answer? She didn't know exactly what information the Banglaire wanted, nor did she know what they wanted her to give him. This mission really was a death wish. "My Council would like to gather some information, though I don't know what specifically they'd like to know. It is of much importance to them, as they have sent you their prized hunter in return. They would like to offer you me," no, that didn't sound right to her, "I mean, my services to you, Prince." Melora corrected herself quickly, hoping he wasn't getting the wrong idea about what her services would include.

His eyes sparkled as if he were laughing, mouth widening as the grin spread over his features."And what services would those be? There's nothing you can give me what I cannot get myself. Unless..." Purposely leaving the rest of that sentence up for speculation, he watched for her reaction intently, not missing a single detail. Her posture was stiff, expression showing a mild hint of surprise, perhaps a little embarrassment. If she was a prized hunter, then he fought like his grandmother. Were the Banglaire trying to insult him and his clan without directly showing their intentions. It was possible...and if so they'd receive a reaction that would cause them to never rile the Gallu ever again.

"Look, my only concern is that I finish my mission, so take me for whatever you want." She rose to her feet, annoyance mingling with her accent. "If they ask you their questions and get answers then I get another bit of information myself. As far as I know you have information we don't yet have." Melora stalked around the corner into the kitchen, slamming things back into their place as she went. Of course he wouldn't make it easy for her. He was a blood sucking demon creature. And he was quickly becoming a pain in her ass as well. "I still have my instructions and you can see them if you please, but they have given me no more information than this." She knocked her teacup on the floor as she put things away, temper getting the better of her. It shattered on the floor in front of her, shards going in every different direction. "хлопотно" she muttered under her breath, slowing down to evaluate the shards on the floor in front of her. "What is it that you want? I'll do it, just tell me. I need to finish my task so that I can gain more information."

Azura rose from his seat walking over to where she'd dropped her cup and knelt down on one knee to pluck up the shards one by one. If he were to get cut, he didn't think she'd be latching onto him with fangs at any given moment. "I simply asked because you seem very dedicated to this task. And, since all this is concerning me, and this supposed information, why shouldn't I have the right to know? Not only do you ask me for assistance, but you ask my clan as well. Try to calm down for a moment and think about things rationally rather than having your obvious temper get the best of you, Melora." He finished picking up the shards, certain that he'd gotten most of them, stood and brushed them off into the sink. "Also, it amuses me that you think I'd ask for your body. I may be a shallow bastard, but I don't take advantage of officials. Now, if you weren't in a judicious position, don't delude yourself that I wouldn't take complete and utter advantage of you."

Melora turned away, partially because her face had gone bright red again, a mix of what he'd just said and the way she's acted brushed across her face in a stunning display of red against her red skin. "My apologies, Prince Gallu. This task is very important to me for personal reasons." When she turned around again, she was more collected than she had been before. A heavy sigh escaped her lips. Melora took a step towards him and raised her hand to his where he was holding the shards of her teacup. Her other hand pulled a plain looking compact from her pocket and opened it, revealing a glittering stone of deep red. She touched her finger to it, than ran the finger along the sharp edge of the glass. When she drew her finger away she had a small cut and the glass began to mend itself together, looking like it was replaying it's demise in reverse. Finally, the cup sat once again on it's original splendor, resting in his palm. Melora pocketed her device once more and wiped her blood on her jeans. "I don't have time to fix things. As you can see, I'm not a plain hunter. My mother was affiliated with the Banglaire before she found my father, and she was a genius as a mage. The Banglaire own most of her contraptions, however, small things like this were hidden specifically for me. These things, combined with my skill, make me one of the best they have. Well, my skill when I'm not distracted. And you," she said, taking the teacup from his hand and placing it delicately on the counter in front of her, "are a distraction, in case you have not been able to tell."

"You are a hunter, and not supposed to be distracted by me." He shrugged, and with princely arrogance lifted his head. "What a poor teacher you must have had." Opening one eye, he looked down at her, smile still apparent. Though she was terrible at the practical, or rather physical demands of her job, at least that he'd seen, she was good company. Hell, he might even be inclined to say that he'd miss her once their time together was over. Having a friend was rare, especially amongst the Gallu, there, you had yourself and possibly your family if they didn't hate you. He was fortunate enough that his didn't. "That's a convenient device...and I'm inclined to ask your mother's name, but I won't say anything directly." For him, a direct statement, especially a question was always to be answered, and he didnt want to be offended if she decided to omit that information.

"I don't know why you're a distraction. You're the only one of your kind that is, I quite assure you. Perhaps before this mess is all sorted out you'll find out the kind of hunter I really am." Melora set about to tidying the kitchen again, this time paying more attention to what she was doing so as not to knock anything ever. "According to the way our worlds work, I'm not supposed to be distracted by you and you're not supposed to act so familiar with me." She turned and shot him a smile which indicated she was simply being a smart ass. "My mother's name was Olesia Belikov. You can see her in one of the pictures around this place." She paused, wondering if she was supposed to give him any such details of her past, but she shrugged to herself and continued, "the Banglaire came and found me after my family's murder. They had located my mother's body, but my father had disappeared completely. They assumed him dead as well, if not taken as a prisoner." Melora spoke so distantly of an event so close to her, so matter of factly, as if it had happened to someone else. "They hold the information I need to bring my family to justice. The only reason I have become their gem of a hunter is because I would do anything to make things right for my family." Melora paused once more, looking the vampire up and down. He seemed to be listening to her words. "I'm not nearly as much of a bumbling idiot as you think I am, the fight with Nery simply put me in a bad light. I wasn't paying attention the way I should have been." She brushed past him in the small kitchen on the way to the livingroom. When she was close to him, she muttered "once again, distractions" with a smile on her face before sweeping through the living room to take a seat on her couch. The cat jumped up onto the seat's back and curled up beside her head, watching Azura intently.

"Then I'll be sure to watch you extra carefully, to see how you stack up." He growled quietly as he entered back into her main room, mainly at the cat, partly at Melora's brazed physical familiarity with him. He was being good. He didn't need her practically taunting him with her body. "Did you ever find out who killed your parents?" Something about that situation seemed oddly familiar to him...

"...no." She looked him in the eyes with intensity. "But I will find out. And I will bring whoever was behind it to justice." As she was speaking, she pulled out a little box, which she opened to reveal notes scrawled on various strips of paper, pictures, and a diary. "This is all the information the Banglaire have given me. Each time I bring in a criminal for judgment, I gain a piece of information. The more dangerous a criminal, the more information I receive. This mission was different." She looked up at him from the box, then back down, shifting some of the papers. A news paper clipping in English was uncovered, stapled to a picture of the crime scene. Her mother's blood was splattered all over the carpet and elegant furniture, her father was no where to be found, aside from another large bloodstain a few feet from her mother's corpse. The headline of the article read Russian Millionaire Kidnapped, Wife Killed and below the text was a picture of Melora at age 12, when she was still her daddy's flower princess. Melora handed him the picture and the text. "I know almost everything. Everything except the name of the killers and where they are. Unless I have been deceived. I even know that my parents had seen this coming, so they sent me to Germany where I was watched over by someone that I don't remember. He was probably as old as you look at the time, but everything became a blur from that time." She closed the lid to the box, leaving him holding the picture, which had some Russian words scrolled on the back in the handwriting of a 12 year old. Мама листья для рай, momma leaves for heaven. With a heavy sigh, Melora smiled up to the Prince from her place on the couch. "And now you know more about me than anyone else, so you are not a stranger any longer." She rose from her seat and picked up the cat, moving him to another room and closing the door to keep him in. "I did not know you did not like cats. I apologize."

Azura nearly winced at the evidence of her human agonies, though he was not far from feeling those as well. He was distressed over his father, and could only imagine how she felt after so many years of chasing down her parents murderers. They mightn't still be alive. He wouldnt tell her that, though. "They just make me uneasy. Most animals don't like me, save my horses, but it takes a lot of training to get them to feel comfortable around my kind. Usually we just have our own breeding sheds." He smiled at her, aware in the back of his mind that his fangs were showing through this smile. Normally he simply grinned, keeping them hidden because so often it made non vampires uneasy. He cocked his head to the side, curious to learn more about her, and though she was a Hunter, he felt they'd become fast friends. Well, they were already speaking to each other about personal matter, so he guessed they already were. Maybe he was making a mistake in doing so.
